30-Day Trial
At CerviCare, we take pride not only in the quality of our products but in the results and long-term relief our customers experience.
We know our devices work — and we’re confident enough to back that with a 30-day at-home trial as long as the payment was not made through PayPal, as PayPal has a 180-day limit refund policy.
If, after consistent use, your CerviCare device does not provide the level of comfort or relief you were expecting, you may return it for a refund under the terms below.
The trial begins the day your products arrive. Similar to improving your health through regular exercise or therapy, results with our devices take time to build.
We therefore require a minimum 21-day trial period before a refund can be requested.
Clinical research shows that meaningful improvements in circulation, nerve function, and muscle relaxation often appear between 4–6 weeks of consistent use.
This gives your body time to adjust and experience the real benefits of the therapy.

Returns & Refunds
You have up to 365 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your device.
To qualify, the item must include all original packaging and accessories and be returned to an approved CerviCare warehouse.

Opened / Used items → refunded to the original payment method minus a non-negotiable 15% medical waste disposal fee, since we cannot repackage or resell used wellness devices.

Unopened / Unused items → refunded to the original payment method minus a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Credit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation after ordering
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your purchase. After this period, your order enters processing, and we’re unable to make cancellations.
If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement immediately.
Replacements are prioritized to resolve issues faster and ensure you can fully experience the intended results of the device.
Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, extended warranties, and accessories are final sale and non-refundable.

Items missing parts or showing signs of misuse, neglect, or damage not related to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return.

Products returned to intermediary or forwarding facilities instead of our authorized warehouse cannot be refunded.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
CerviCare reserves the right to define and limit, refuse, or reject returns from any customer at any time due to:

Irregular or excessive return activity.

Returns involving used, damaged, or missing components.

Potential fraudulent, abusive, or criminal behavior.
Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent process for all customers while protecting the integrity of our products.
Shipping Charges
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges related to international orders. CerviCare is not responsible for payment of customs, duties, and taxes.
Chargebacks
To ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers, we kindly request that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you first contact our support team to resolve any issues or initiate a return within the scope of our 365-day trial period.
Please note: If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or attempts to resolve the issue directly with our support team, the option for a return or refund, including the 365-day trial, will no longer be applicable.
By initiating a chargeback/dispute without contacting us, the refund and return process is considered invalidated.
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and encourage you to reach out to us before escalating the matter further.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
